Suzi Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the Suzi iPhone and Apple Watch apps handle health information, conversations, accounts, and subscriptions.
Information we process
- Account: a Supabase user ID and, if you choose to provide them through Sign in with Apple, your name and Apple relay email address.
- Health and fitness: with your permission, Suzi can read and store bounded daily summaries and recent workout summaries, including sleep, steps, active energy, workouts, heart rate, HRV, wrist temperature, and respiratory data. Menstrual records are requested only if you select cycle features; age, height, and weight are requested separately only when relevant to a question. A HealthKit birth date is converted on device to age in whole years; the birth date itself is never saved or uploaded. Full high-frequency HealthKit samples are not uploaded.
- Content you provide: feeling records, symptoms, goals, Suzi memories, the current question, and images you choose to attach.
- Service and subscription: push tokens and preferences, App Store product and entitlement status, bounded usage counts, and security and performance records.
- Optional creator referrals: a code you choose to enter, its binding time, and Apple-signed transaction records, amounts and currencies used to verify the first paid purchase and refunds. Referral records are kept separate from health data.
How we use information
We use this information only for account sync, health trends and personal baselines, Suzi answers, proactive reminders, subscription access, abuse prevention, and service reliability. Suzi does not use HealthKit or other health information for advertising, marketing, data brokerage, or cross-app tracking.
Cloud processing and providers
Optional referral codes credit a creator and calculate commissions without changing subscription prices. Creators receive aggregate settlement information, never your account, health records or conversations. Necessary referral and financial records are detached from the current account after deletion and retained only as needed for reconciliation, fraud prevention or legal obligations.
Supabase provides account, database, and cloud-function services. When you ask a question, the current question and relevant bounded history and health context pass through Supabase to fal's OpenRouter routing service and the current model provider (currently OpenAI) to generate an answer. Images are used for the current request after metadata removal and resizing. Voice audio is transcribed on device and discarded; only the transcript is handled as a question. We require providers to act only to deliver the service and disable model input/output storage where supported. If the model provider changes materially, we will update this page first and request renewed consent when required.
Retention and security
Account data, daily health summaries, and workout summaries are generally kept until you delete the account; Suzi reads and transmits only a bounded, relevant time window for each answer and sync. Push data is retained only while a device remains active. After account deletion, the minimal Apple-signed purchase chain is detached from its account owner and retained only as necessary for secure subscription restoration and financial, fraud-prevention, or legal obligations. A random deletion receipt is retained for up to seven days only to confirm completion after a network interruption. Data is protected with transport encryption, database access policies, and per-user isolation, although no network service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
- Change HealthKit, microphone, speech, and notification permissions in Apple Health or system Settings.
- Turn off conversation memory, erase history and health summaries, export records, or enable App Lock inside Suzi settings.
- Use Settings → Account to permanently delete either a guest or Sign in with Apple Supabase account and its associated data. Deleting an Apple account also revokes Sign in with Apple. Deleting Suzi does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription; an active subscription can be securely reclaimed with Restore Purchases after signing in with Apple again.
- Cancel a subscription through Apple's subscription management page. Original Apple Health records remain under your control in the Health app.
Children
Suzi is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can remove it.
International processing and updates
Depending on your region and provider infrastructure, information may be processed in other countries. We apply safeguards required by applicable law. Material changes will be explained in the app and reflected in the date on this page.
